Return Policy

One World Shop Return Policy:

Please email to begin your E-commerce Return or visit us in-store during Store Hours to process your return in person.

  • All merchandise must have original tags and in its original packaging.
  • Items that have been used, opened or are missing tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping labels will be provided for your return, with the label cost deducted from your refund.

Returns within 30 Days = Returned to original payment method:
Unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. A receipt must be provided to make a return. No returns can be made without a receipt. The refund will be returned the way you paid. The only exception to this rule is a check. Returns from a check will receive a gift card.

Returns with Gift Receipts:
Gifts being returned will always receive store credit.

Returns within 60 Days = Store Credit:
Unused merchandise purchased within 60 days can be returned or exchanged at the current selling price. Refunds will only be given as a store credit.

Returns past 60 Days:
We cannot accept returns for items past 60 days.

Promotional Returns:
Promotional discounts can be returned or exchanged. The discount is only valid during the specific days the promotion runs and cannot be applied beyond the advertised dates.

Sales Items:
All sale items are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom Orders:
All sales are final on custom orders.

Defective Merchandise:
Something purchased from One World Shop that is defective must be brought to the store for review. If the defective item was purchased within 30 days it may be returned or replaced for a full refund. A receipt must be provided to make a return.
